Project 4 Architecture is an architectural design company based in Essex and Hertfordshire, founded in 2025 by Stephen Widgery.
An architectural designer of more than 30 years’ experience, Stephen was previously design director of Essex-based Paul Johnson Architects, and most recently Chapman Widgery Architects.
He has a portfolio of work spanning a wide range of sectors which includes residential, commercial, mixed use, listed buildings and leisure projects.
Project 4 is able to deliver design services for a wide range of building types and scales, from individual home extensions up to large mixed-use commercial schemes.
Irrespective of project size, we focus on providing a clear, carefully considered approach to architecture that while creatively addressing a building’s intended use and function, takes into account the specific context and nature of the individual site.
